Why Exhibit

The Expo brings holistic practitioners and the people looking for them into the same two halls for a full weekend. Visitors come through the door already curious and ready to spend a day among readers, healers, makers and wellness practitioners.

• Two full days of selling and booking:
  • Saturday, October 3 · 10am–5pm
  • Sunday, October 4 · 10am–4pm
• Both halls: booths fill the upper and lower floors, and every visitor is handed a map on the way in.
• Free workshops and entertainment run throughout the weekend, keeping visitors in the building rather than passing through.
• A landmark venue: the Scottish Rite Cathedral at 2701 N 3rd St., Harrisburg, with parking on site.
• Room at every budget: shared booths from $195, with the fee payable in three installments across the year.

Payment Plan

Option 1: Pay in Full

The full booth fee with your completed registration form.

Option 2: Three Installments

Divide the booth fee into thirds, due 15 January, 15 April and 15 July 2026.

Starting after the second date means paying half the total, with the balance due 15 July. Starting after the third means paying three quarters, with the balance due 15 September. Missing a scheduled payment forfeits the booth, and no refund is given.

Refunds

Any time

The $50 deposit and processing fee is non-refundable.

After 15 March 2026

Refund less $200 for a 10×8 booth, or less $300 for a 15×8.

After 15 May 2026

Refund less $250 for a 10×8 booth, or less $450 for a 15×8.

After 15 July 2026

No refund, no exceptions.
